Growing San Marcos dental device manufacturer is seeking full-time Customer Care Representatives. Qualified individuals will build relationships with existing and new dental specialty practices. The person will focus on growing designated territory sales. Outstanding sales support and order fulfillment functions will also be involved. Successful candidate must have a passion to learn, succeed, and grow with a dynamic company. A positive attitude and great work ethic are a must.

Internal Sales Representatives

Duties:

• Service, promote and sell Lancer Orthodontic products to existing and new customers within a pre-determined territory.
• Support Outside Sales reps.
• Resolve customer inquiries, provide pricing and product information, offer support within assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or 4 years of inside sales experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable talking on the phone making outbound sales presentations.
• Ability to resolve customer/co-worker questions.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal relations and communications skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Good aptitude to learn about dental products
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as proactively as part of the Customer Care team
• Proficient computer skills
• Motivated to work hard for added reward.
